If, for any reason, you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt. Items may be exchanged for another of equal value, subject to availability.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS:
In the case of a damaged or defective product, you can return or exchange it. Key Note Guitar LLC will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover send and return freight costs. Products deemed damaged or defective require a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Aside from reported damages or defects, all returns must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, damage, or scraping. Original packaging, manuals, warranties, and accessories must be included.
GENERAL RETURNS:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Key Note Guitar LLC will issue a prepaid shipping label, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit or refund. Returned items must be in their original condition.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
To initiate a return, contact Key Note Guitar LLC at (814) 528-5408 or email 5150@keynoteguitar.com to obtain a valid Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.
Ensure the merchandise is in its original packaging, attach the shipping label to the box, and drop it off at any FedEx location or schedule a pickup.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days upon receiving the returned item(s).
CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER
If your order hasn’t entered the shipping process, we’ll attempt to accommodate changes or cancellations. Unfortunately, once shipped, changes are not possible. You may return the item following our return policy.

All orders are subject to review and product inspection. Key Note Guitar LLC offers free shipping.

- FedEx Standard Ground (Contiguous U.S. Only): 4–9 Business Days
Expedited Shipping Rates:
- FedEx 2-Day, Next Day, Alaska, Hawaii rates specified.
Please note, FedEx 2-Day and Next Day orders placed after 8:00 AM Pacific Standard Time, Monday-Friday, ship the next day.
Back Orders: Currently, we only accept orders for in-stock items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we only accept orders and ship within the United States. For international purchases, contact local Jackson dealers.
PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXES
Prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Local sales tax applies based on the shipping address.
